Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the maintenance, promotion and continuous improvement of the quality management system and environmental management system;

2. Responsible for organizing and preparing the internal audit and management review, forming the management review report, tracking and verifying the completion of the resolutions of the management review meeting;

3. Responsible for supervising and managing the realization of the company's quality objectives, compiling quality monthly reports, analyzing and summarizing the realization of the company's quality indicators, formulating countermeasures and tracking and verifying them;

4. Responsible for organizing the certification and production license of various products at home and abroad;

5. Responsible for quality management education and training of the company, and the assessment and certification of key positions within the company;

6. Establish quality and environmental management system documents to ensure that quality policy objectives and environmental management policy objectives are implemented throughout the company; Responsible for organizing and completing various environmental protection survey requirements of customers;

7. Ensure the communication, communication, implementation and completion of the company's quality policy and quality objectives in the department;

Manage the formulation, issuance, control and recovery of all system documents and standardization documents through the document control center.

Job specification

1. More than 3 years working experience in electronic or communication related industry; Strong communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work, team spirit; With quality and environmental protection system internal auditor qualification, with external auditor qualification is preferred;

2. At least three years of system management experience, familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 system standards and implementation methods;

3. Familiar with RoHS, REACH standards and testing implementation methods, European and American safety regulations certification, conflict minerals management requirements;

4. Skilled in using various quality control techniques and tools to deal with quality problems;

Strong verbal and written communication and coordination skills and business negotiation skills.
